Sabaki picked right up on the idea of using the tassles as bait.
Modulator means business yet again, at the permalinked - what's that mean, a copy in the akashic records? what? - path to purring paradise, Friday Ark #76. Maybe that's what's so interesting out the window?
There's the morning glory menagerie munuckamunga river of delights - that's proabably really in Ohio or somewhere - but midwest cooking got nothing on etastuff.net ... massively delightful. There will be kitties, I betcha.
And what else here? ah... Carnival of the Cats #102 coming atcha live on stage, at Catcall which link leads to dry kitty wit, but not much of a blog. I wonder just exactly what is up? Curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought him back! So answers are in demand!

I know that's a cat, but it is so elongated that it resembles a jaguarundi, a wild cat that lives from S. Texas to (I believe) Argentina..
Back when I was working at Texas Parks & Wildlife in the 1980s there were some jaguarundi sightings in the Rio Grande Valley. I made up some t-shirts that had a generic road sign diamond with a silhouette of a jaguarundi and with the Spanish phrase
"Cuidado Cruzando de Jaguarundi"
or
Caution: Jaguarundi Crossing"
Since no one but a select group of eco-nerds knew what the hell a jaguarundi was.
Wish I still had one of those shirts..
